MelonHead KnitWear does not accept returns of any handmade products, including knit, crochet, or weave wear, and handspun yarn. However, if you you are not completely satisfied with your purchase (wrong size or defective in any way) please contact us directly to arrange an exchange. We would be happy to find a solution to the issue. In most cases, shipping costs for exchanges will be split.
All items are made by hand and the superb quality and attention to detail reflects this. Many photographs on the website or our online store are of individual products and, therefore, may include a slight variation in real life. Returns can not be accepted on grounds of slight variation.
